Safari booking cancellation

Safari permits and confirmed bookings may be subject to applicable forest and operator cancellation rules. Once a booking is confirmed, cancellation or transfer may not be possible.

Incorrect visitor details

Visitor names and identity details should match the original identity document exactly. Corrections after confirmation may be subject to availability and applicable charges.

Technical or booking failure

If payment is completed but the safari cannot be confirmed because of a technical or availability issue, the applicable refund will be processed according to the booking/payment records.
